The salesman negotiated a price with us on a very nice Ford F150 via email prior to our arrival at the dealership. This was the first time my son would be purchasing a vehicle, so I went along to provide guidance. The sales man, J. Norris was just finishing drinking a beer when we arrived. Our financing was already approved by the Bank and my son also brought his cash down payment to reduce the principle loan. The only needed was a test drive, contract signing and confirmed funding from the bank.

The sales guy seemed rather surprised when we walked in (2 black men). Three hours later, he claimed he could not create a contract for us, he asked us to call the bank and have them send EXTRA documents confirming the financing and even talked to the loan officer himself then after retreating to the back office and drinking another beer, came out with the temporary license and said he could not do the deal because we don't have insurance.... without even asking (and we did). J Norris is a RACIST #$%@ !! we demanded our cash payment back and left.
I would never buy a vehicle from this place agsin, they sold junk after 45 min of having it the check engine light came on and they won't stand behind there vehicles,
