As a first time customer with Big State Plumbing I was very pleased with the service and the guy that came out was very helpful and new his job really well. The service was quick and didn't even take that long to find out what the problem was. George was a very helpful person and explained everything that was going on with the issue that we were having. I recommend George to any person that needs plumbing done in their home. Big State Plumbing is an excellent company and I would recommend it more than 100 percent.
Outstanding company to deal with. I was sent an email, after scheduling an appointment, with a picture and a short biography of the technician that would be coming to my home. Awesome idea. Safety for the customer seems to be a priority. Technician was friendly, fast and did a wonderful job. Will definitely be using Big State Plumbing again.
If I could give them six stars I would. George's level of courtesy and speed was awesome. Thank you guys for all your hard work. The price couldn't be beat. I didn't like the news about the crummy pipes I have but am glad to know that I need to start saving for repairs. Thanks so much George
We called this company for a quote and had to pay $50.00 up front as a fee for them to come out and give the quote, which was to replace/fix two crimped PEX connections that had failed. Upon arrival, he quoted $1100.00 for the job. Sadly, not a very good experience with this company. After all the glowing reviews I expected better. Called a second local company - $160.00 job
