Love the RV Park here. Very friendly people all around the park. My kids love it here too. They have made many friends and can play all within a gated community. Great schools district as well. Thank you Seth and Kelly.
The park grounds are nice, but the place is over priced, and the management is horrible. Beware of snake in the grass type of treatment by them. Don't do this, don't do that, can't be here, don't be there. You can do it your own way, if it's done just how I say. Paid full month had to pull out a week later because of the hurricane, gave notice and still wasn't refunded any money. I'd say find a cheaper friendlier place. The bad reviews about thus place are true. Also rent went up without notice. I wish I would have never came into contact with these people!
High-priced. Out of all of the campgrounds around this is the cleanest. It has more to offer for convenience. It's just really hard to enjoy these things do to management. I honestly feel like the gentleman that goes around on the cart looks for something to complain about . It's getting to the point where I feel like he's almost hunting us down. It wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't so rude about how he approaches you. This makes for a miserable stay.
That said.....we just received a price increase from the General Manager, Steven Yates, so I called to speak to him personally. During the phone call, he said the increase was due to "supply and demand because of too many hurricane victims." He also called me a liar by saying that he did NOT believe what I said to him. I am appalled and disgusted with the treatment I have received by the General Manager, Steven Yates, and I pray that NO one else is EVER treated with this level of disrespect!!!
We have been staying at rv park since May and we love it super nice and clean!!
We have been staying here for several months without any real issues. Office staff (Kelley and Seth) are AMAZING!
